| Duties |
- Conducting health examinations for university personnel and special health examinations for laboratory personnel in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Regulations for Labor Health Protection.
- Analysis, evaluation, management, and preservation of health examination records, as well as health management.
- Assisting occupational medicine physicians in occupational health research reports and maintaining records of injuries and diseases.
- Handling prevention and treatment of occupational and general illnesses and injuries, health consultation, first aid, and emergency response.
- Annual procurement and implementation of on-site occupational physician services.
- Planning and implementing health education, health promotion, and hygiene guidance for university personnel.
- Identifying and assessing workplace environmental and operational hazards, and providing recommendations for improving occupational safety and health facilities.
- Investigating the relationship between workers’ health conditions and their tasks, conducting health risk assessments for high-risk personnel, and implementing necessary preventive and health promotion measures.
- Assisting employers in assigning suitable work to employees and providing functional evaluation, job redesign, or adjustment recommendations for returning workers.
- Handling ergonomics-related hazard control, overwork prevention measures, and maternal protection programs.
- Application, implementation, and follow-up evaluation of safety and health programs from the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labor.
- Compliance with relevant regulations and other assigned tasks.
