Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Management Category Final Examination
Pre-Examination Instructions:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus. If you need to smoke, please go outside the campus.
2. Eating or drinking (including water and beverages) is prohibited in the computer classroom during the examination. Please place them in the lounge and take them away after the examination.
3. Chewing betel nut or gum is prohibited in the computer classroom. Violators will have 15 points deducted from the total examination score.
4. Candidates must turn off their mobile phones. Vibration or ringing is prohibited. Phones may be placed in personal bags and stored in the designated area.
If you do not have a personal bag, please place your phone on the designated rack. It is prohibited to keep phones on your person or at your seat. Violators will have points deducted from the examination
total score by 20 points.
5. Candidates should be seated according to their assigned seat numbers. If the screen font is too small, please raise your hand to ask the proctor for assistance in adjusting it.
6. If you feel unwell during the examination, please raise your hand and inform the proctor. Nursing staff will assist you.
