Workplace Violence Prevention and Handling Support Resources

 

1. Local Government Labor Authorities (Link): Employment discrimination, labor dispute mediation, working conditions, and workplace gender equality (e.g., gender discrimination, sexual harassment, equality at work).

2. Labor Inspection Agencies (Link): Cases where employers fail to establish hazard prevention mechanisms and measures in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

3. Police Authorities: For incidents involving public insult, injury, homicide, defamation, threats, stalking, or harassment. In case of workplace violence, use the “110 Video Reporting” app. This app integrates GPS positioning and real-time video reporting, allowing users to silently alert the police with one click, enabling officers to access real-time location and live video and communicate directly via video call.
