| Duties |
- Registration of occupational safety and health management organizations and personnel.
- Convening and documentation of Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings.
- Formulation of occupational safety and health management plans.
- Conducting operational environment monitoring and follow-up management for laboratories and practical training sites.
- Conducting risk identification, assessment, and follow-up management for laboratories and practical training sites.
- Conducting campus construction safety assessments.
- Handling matters related to the Ministry of Education’s laboratory accreditation system for universities and colleges.
- Periodic inspection, reporting, and management of hazardous machinery and equipment.
- Planning and supervising safety and health inspections, on-site patrols, and improvement tracking for all laboratories and practical training sites.
- Improvement and follow-up of deficiencies identified in occupational safety and health inspections by the Ministry of Labor.
- Planning and implementing occupational safety and health education and training for faculty, staff, workers, and students.
- Investigation and handling of campus occupational accidents, case promotion, record tracking, and statistical analysis.
- Formulating emergency prevention, preparedness, and response plans for laboratories and practical training sites, and conducting regular drills.
- Classification management and control of hazardous chemicals across the university.
- Online reporting and notification of monthly occupational accident reports.
- Handling radiation safety management affairs related to the Atomic Energy Council.
- Processing incoming electronic official documents and correspondence distribution.
