Year 2026, the faculty and staff health examination has begun…
1. Date: March 18, 2026 (Wednesday)
2. Time: 08:00–11:00 AM (On-site registration closes at 10:00 on the same day)
3. Location: 1st Floor of the Library (registration, payment, and waiting), Library Basement (various examinations), Library Plaza (chest X-ray examination)
- Payment must be made on-site in cash or via Line Pay. Credit cards or electronic carriers are not accepted. A handwritten simple receipt will be issued on-site, which can be used as proof for leave on the examination day or attached to official leave documents.

The health examination will be conducted in time slots. Please select a time slot when registering, such as 08:00–08:15, 08:30–08:45, 09:00–09:15, 09:30–09:45. Please arrive according to your selected time slot and collect a number ticket to wait for your turn.
6. If you have completed registration, please note that before the examination (03/12–03/16), the Environmental Safety Center will distribute stool sample collection kits based on your selected examination package. Please be sure to bring your stool sample on the examination day (03/18) and submit it to the staff at the examination site.
7. Please fast after midnight (24:00) on the night before the examination (March 17). For chest X-ray examinations, avoid wearing metal necklaces. Please cooperate to prevent interference with imaging and examination results.
8. Subsidy eligibility for 2026 (NT$4,500 for civil servants; NT$3,500 for contract-based labor-insured personnel)
(1). For reimbursement issues regarding health examinations for civil servants and faculty, please contact the Personnel Office at extension 5266 (Ms. Tsai).
(2). For reimbursement issues regarding health examinations for contract-based labor-insured personnel, please contact the Environmental Safety Center at extension 5998 (Nurse Ho).
(3). For reimbursement issues regarding health examinations for project personnel, please contact the respective project coordinators.
