Qualifications: Students from the Continuing Education and Extension Division of the University (lower-grade students preferred).
Requirements:
- Punctual and able to work long-term is preferred.
- Familiar with Office software and general computer documentation and web operations.
- Proactive, responsible, and possessing good communication skills.
- Capable of handling phone calls and message forwarding effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with occupational safety, environmental protection, and occupational health-related activities and meetings of the Environmental Safety Center.
- Handle document receipt, registration, and delivery.
- Assist with answering and coordinating phone calls.
- Perform computer-based documentation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned environment and handle ad hoc assignments.
Compensation: In accordance with the Ministry of Labor’s minimum hourly wage standard, NT$196 per hour. Shift-based scheduling. Maximum of 90 hours per month.
